I-HoP supports students/researchers in improving Japanese language skills.  
One of the top e-learning systems ALC NetAcademy2, developed by ALC Education Inc., is available for Hi-System users.
You can study Japanese online anytime, anywhere.
Register now to get a free e-learning account!

* You will receive an e-learning account which is valid from December to November.
* We are able to offer one-year-account. If you miss this time, next chance will be 2 month later.
* If you already have a valid account, you don't have to apply this time.

* You will receive your e-learning account & password before December 1.
* Account is valid for 1 year.

■　e-learning Japanese Course
Japanese course is intended to allow you to study Japanese from many different directions, Listening Comprehension, Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary and Characters. You will also be able to improve your overall ability through the use of Mini-Tests.
・Study Japanese Characters (Hiragana, Katakana, Kanji)
・Prepare for Japanese-Language Proficiency Test
・Chinese and English are available to assist you navigate through courses
・You can change size of letters
・You can travel all over Japan as you study and learn fun trivia along the way
・You will learn total of 5300 vocabularies

Hokkaido University graduate school students, Postdocs ,research students (who are continuing their study at graduate school) and faculty members, whose native language is NOT Japanese
(Hi-System users whose native language is NOT Japanese)

* アカウントは一年間有効です。

聴解、読解、語彙、文字という多方面から日本語を学習するコースです。 さらに日本語能力試験のミニテスト形式の模試で実践力をつけます。
・文字（ひらがな・カタカナ・漢字）を初歩から学習
・日本語能力試験に対応
・学習補助言語を2カ国語（中・英）で表示
・文字の大きさを5段階で変更可能
・学習の進捗に合わせ日本各地を旅行し、豆知識を習得
・総計5300語の語彙を項目別に学習

北海道大学　大学院学生（MC, DC）、博士研究員（PD）、大学院進学予定の研究生および教職員で母国語が日本語ではない者
(Hi-System登録者で母国語が日本語ではない者)

■　How to apply
You need to be registered in Hi-System.
If you are not, please go to the Front Office for Human Resource Education and Development homepage and register in Hi-System.
Click "申し込む/Apply" and login to Hi-System. Your registration will be completed as soon as you login.

If you do not receive a confirmation email in three business days after registration, please contact I-HoP.

登録がお済でない方は、人材育成本部HPよりHi-Systemをご覧ください。
「申し込む」ボタンを押すと、ログインするだけで申込完了となります。（確認画面は表示されませんので、ご注意ください。）

お申し込み後、3日（土日を除く）以上経っても、申込受付完了のお知らせメールが届かない場合は、お手数ですが下記迄ご連絡願います。
