This transferable skills seminar is targeted for international researchers (MC, DC, PD).

Seminar will be conducted in English.

This four hour seminar in English contains both lecture and workshop. The lecture touches on difference between Japan and other countries of culture, value judgment, time sense, etc. as well as very popular and difficult-to-understand topic of ""Honne"" and ""Tatemae"". The workshop contains practicing of fundamental Japanese business manner including table manner which are all useful for your daily communication and some formal occasions.

Ms. Nana Mihama

She has worked as a cabin attendant on both international and domestic flights. She also has experiences of training new cabin attendants. After coming back from the United States of America, she is now an instructor at ANA Business Solutions teaching hospitality, business manner, protocol, etc. at various organizations.
