内容 Description |
This transferable skills seminar is targeted for international researchers (DC, PD).
Seminar will be conducted in English.
This four hour seminar in English contains both lecture and workshop. The lecture touches on difference between Japan and other countries of culture, value judgment, time sense, etc. as well as very popular and difficult-to-understand topic of ""Honne"" and ""Tatemae"". The workshop contains practicing of fundamental Japanese business manner including table manner which are all useful for your daily communication and some formal occasions.

Ms. Kanako Ito
She has worked as a Chief Purser on both international and domestic flights. She also has experiences of assisting many VIP (Imperial family, government officials) flights. She is now a manner instructor at ANA Business Solutions teaching at various corporations and organizations.

セミナーは英語にておこないます。
今回のセミナー/ワークショップでは、海外の国々と日本の文化、価値観などの違い、とてもわかりにくいと言われる、「ホンネ」と「タテマエ」について学び、考えます。また、基本的な日本のビジネスマナー、和食のマナーを実践的に練習する良い機会です。きっといざという時はもちろん、日常生活に役立つことでしょう。

伊藤 加奈子氏
ＡＮＡ在職中は、国内線・国際線の チーフパーサーとしてフライトをするとともに、 数多くのＶＩＰフライト（皇室・政府高官等）も経験した。また、社会貢献委員として視覚障害旅客向け、点字メニュー・ 声のガイドブック・手で見る海外旅行などの企画・作成に携わり、 ＣＡへ手話の普及も推進した。
退職後、研修会社にてマナーインストラクターとして勤務。 ２００３年、ANAビジネスソリューション株式会社（旧ＡＮＡラーニング）の講師となる。
