伊藤 加奈子氏
ＡＮＡ在職中は、国内線・国際線の チーフパーサーとしてフライトをするとともに、 数多くのＶＩＰフライト（皇室・政府高官等）も経験した。また、社会貢献委員として視覚障害旅客向け、点字メニュー・ 声のガイドブック・手で見る海外旅行などの企画・作成に携わり、 ＣＡへ手話の普及も推進した。
退職後、研修会社にてマナーインストラクターとして勤務。 ２００３年、ANAビジネスソリューション株式会社（旧ＡＮＡラーニング）の講師となる。
