Registered Information Access to Hi-System is only allowed to individuals and company representatives who have registered in the system. Please safeguard your login ID and password. We may contact you to verify your intention of using Hi-System continuously. If we do not receive a reply, we may delete user information from the system. Termination Any violation of these guidelines may lead to the termination of your account. We may report to law enforcement authority in the case we observe any violation mentioned above. Those who infringe copyright and other intellectual property rights may be sued or punished by law. *We may disclose personal information when we are required to do so by law, court order or other government or law enforcement authority. 5. Applicable Law This Privacy Policy complies with the Law of Japan. Any dispute between the user and the Center for Advanced Human Resource Education and Development regarding service or this policy will be handled at Sapporo District Court as the court of the first instance.
