Fostering Innovative Human Resources Based on Design Thinking - Ethnography & Open Innovation.
The theme of the lecture is the fostering of innovation and design thinking by researchers involved in developing human resources.
In addition to being an important factor in fostering innovation, the design thinking approach is coming under the spotlight as a new methodology for fostering researchers.
The fostering of innovative new human resources will be discussed based on cases observed at the Palo Alto Research Center, which has practiced this methodology in the United States.
